By creating a Tessu account or using the Tessu mobile application ("Tessu", the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Tessu is an AI-powered styling application that helps users compose outfits from photographs of their existing wardrobe. Tessu does not sell clothing and does not recommend products for purchase from third parties.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Tessu. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of all photographs you upload. By uploading content, you grant Tessu a limited licence to store, process, and analyse that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your photographs to train third-party models.
You agree not to:
All Tessu branding, software, and original content are the property of the Tessu operator. You receive no rights to Tessu IP other than the limited right to use the Service while your account is active.
Tessu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; Tessu is a styling aid, not professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tessu's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Tessu in the twelve months preceding the claim. Tessu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app, which permanently removes your content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted here with an updated revision date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Amsterdam.
